# Manage Omniscript Data (Managed Package)

For the managed package runtime, this section contains information on how to transform, evaluate, and set data in Omniscript. The data is maintained in an intermediate structure called the data JSON, which is visible to you, the developer, as you define the Omniscript. Data JSON is not visible to users who run the Omniscript.

For Omnistudio on standard runtime, see [Omnistudio Help](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=xcloud.os_omnistudio_standard.htm&language=en_US).

- **[Set Values in an Omniscript (Managed Package)](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=xcloud.os_set_values_in_an_omniscript.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
For the managed package runtime, use the Set Values action to set element values in subsequent steps, rename JSON nodes, create dynamic values, and concatenate data. Set Values actions use merge fields to access JSON data in other Omniscript elements.
- **[Manipulate JSON with the Send/Response Transformations Properties (Managed Package)](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=xcloud.os_manipulate_json_with_the_send_response_transformations_properties.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
For the managed package runtime, specify and transform the input and output JSON of Omniscripts or Integration Procedures with the Send and Response Transformation properties. The Send properties transform the input; the Response properties transform the output.
- **[Create Formula Fields in an Omniscript (Managed Package)](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=xcloud.os_create_formula_fields_in_an_omniscript.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
For the managed package runtime, create expressions to set calculated values and evaluate data across multiple fields using a Formula or Aggregate element. For example, if you are accepting information for a qualifying life event you may want to create a formula that determines if the date entered for the qualifying life event is within thirty days of today's date.
