To improve the performance of Omniscript previews, you can hide the userProfile node. This helps previews load faster, especially for larger Omniscripts.
- In Salesforce Setup, type Omni Interaction Configuration in the Quick Find box and then click Omni Interaction Configuration.
- Click New Omni Interaction Configuration.
- In the Label field, type SkipUserProfileOnOSLoad.
- In the Value field, type true.
- Save.
