Option Source

Where the user is sent when the Omniscript completes:

  • Redirect — Navigates to an HTML template.

  • SObject — Navigates to a Salesforce object.

  • URL — Navigates to an external web page.

Source

Depends on the Option Source selection:

  • If you selected Redirect, leave this property blank and use the Redirect Page Name and Redirect Template URL properties.

  • If you selected SObject, enter %ContextId% to redirect to the record from which the script launched.

  • If you selected URL, enter the page and parameters. For example, MyTestPage?Id=%ContextId% navigates to an internal page and http://www.vlocity.com navigates to an external page.

    Beginning with Vlocity Summer '19, you can pass percentage signs in the URL by replacing the percentage sign in the URL with the variable $Vlocity.Percent.

Redirect Page Name

Name of the HTML template page, for example mobileDone.

Redirect Template URL

URL of the HTML template, for example vlcMobileConfirmation.html.

Beginning with Vlocity Summer '19, you can pass percentage signs in the URL by replacing the percentage sign in the URL with the variable $Vlocity.Percent.

Console Tab Label

Modifies the text that displays in the label of the console tab. By default, this is set to New.

Outcome

If event tracking is enabled, specifies the value to be logged in the event tracking object. You can use merge fields to specify the value to be assigned.
