# Create an Omnistudio Data Mapper Turbo Extract (Managed Package)

For the managed package runtime, to create a Data Mapper Turbo Extract, specify its name, input and output types, and permissions.

1. Go to the Data Mapper Designer tab and click **New**. The Create Data Mapper Interface dialog is displayed.
2. Specify configuration settings as follows:
    
    - **Data Mapper Interface Name** — Descriptive name, displayed on the Data Mapper Designer tab's list of Data Mappers.
    - **Interface Type** — Turbo Extract
    - **Input Type** — JSON (for Omniscripts), XML, or Custom
    - **Output Type** — JSON (for Omniscripts) or Custom
    - Required Permission — (Optional) If specified, this setting limits who can run this Integration Procedure. Specify a comma-separated list of custom permission names.
    - **Description** — Optional high-level overview of the Data Mapper.
3. Click **Save**. The designer page is displayed.
