For the managed package runtime, if you recently installed the managed package or created a sandbox org that isn't a full-copy sandbox, and you didn’t develop in this org, load all the default metadata by running this command:

This command installs the Base UI Templates, CPQ Base Templates, EPC Default Objects, and any other default data delivered through data packs.
Important Run this command only if the org wasn’t previously used for
development.
