Added Dimensions in the Matrix (Managed Package)

For the managed package runtime, you might want to look up additional dimensions in the Matrix. For example, to look up Age Range Band by gender, create two rows for each age: one for Male applicants, the other for Female applicants. Additional dimensions require additional rows.

The first input column is Age Today, a range, with values 17, 17, 18, 18, 25, 25, 30, 30, and so on. The second input column is Gender, with alternating values of Female and Male. The first output column is Age Range Band, with values 1, 1, 2, 2, 3, 3, and so on. The second output column is Ages Included. Its first two values are "17.9999999 and under", its second two values are "18 - 24.9999999", and so on.
