Publishing follows this sequence:
- Set up the iOS app, Android app, or both.
- Configure and deploy the External Client App.
- Request the app binary.
The flow builds on Mobile Publisher, and some steps reuse its setup process.
Note Store approval typically takes one to two weeks, depending on the store.
