# Passkey Troubleshooting in the Salesforce App

Resolve issues with passkeys in the Salesforce app and apps that use Salesforce Mobile SDK.

Note As of July 2026, the login flow shows the username field first, then prompts for a passkey or password. This change can affect your UI automations for testing mobile logins.
