# Member Referral Codes Generation Using Quick Action

Customer service representatives and loyalty program managers can generate referral codes for members at the request of members.

The Generate Referral Code quick action on Loyalty Program Member records allows customer service representatives and loyalty program managers to generate referral codes for members. If a Loyalty Program Member record doesn’t have a referral code, the action generates a referral code and adds it to the Referral Code field. If a Loyalty Program Member record already has a referral code, the action generates a new referral code that overwrites the existing referral code.
