Before you map benefits to actions, create Benefit Actions. For details, refer to Benefit Actions..
- In the Loyalty Programs tab, select your loyalty program.
- On the Setup tab, select your Benefit Type.
- On the Related tab, under Benefits, click Map Actions.
- Select the actions for one or more benefits.
- If your action has any input variables defined, enter values for them.
- Save your changes.
