Customer service representatives can view a loyalty program member’s basic information in the Member Profile card. A member is an individual represented by a contact in your organization.
Required Editions

| Available in: Orgs that have the B2C - Loyalty Management Plus or the Loyalty Management - Advanced license enabled |
The Member Profile card is built using OmniStudio and includes these details:
- Member’s name
- Member’s membership Number
- Member’s program membership status
- Member’s date of joining the loyalty program
- Member’s primary tier
- Member’s points balance for one currency
- Name of the loyalty program
If a member belongs to more than one tier group, the primary tier group or the tier group selected by the member is shown. The points shown on the card can be points for qualifying or non-qualifying currency.
To customize a Member Profile card, you must clone the card in OmniStudio, and then modify the card for custom content. If the Member Profile card is missing from your service console, go to Lightning App Builder and add the Member Profile flexcard to the page layout.
To view the member’s details on the card, users need View access on these objects:
- Account
- Contact
- Loyalty Program
- Loyalty Program Currency
- Loyalty Tier Group
- Loyalty Tier
- Loyalty Program Member
- Loyalty Member Currency
- Loyalty Member Tier
