Install Loyalty Management dashboards to provide loyalty program managers with actionable insights for increasing memberships, retaining customers, and improving processes.

1. [Make sure Data 360 is turned on](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=data.c360_a_setup_provision.htm&type=5&language=en_US).
2. [Install the C360 Semantic Model](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=analytics.c360_a_sl_c360sdm_setup_task.htm&type=5&language=en_US).
3. [Deploy the data kit that matches your license](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=data.c360_deploy_data_kit_components.htm&type=5&language=en_US). Here’s the list of available data kits.
    
    - Loyalty Management Starter
    - Loyalty Management Growth
    - Loyalty Management Advanced
    
    Loyalty Management data kits are available by default. So, you don’t need to create data kits.
    
    The data kit deployment adds data model objects (DMOs) and data streams for Loyalty Management to Data Cloud.
4. Install the Loyalty Promotions data kit. See [Loyalty Promotions](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=xcloud.loyalty_promotions_data_kit.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "The Loyalty Promotions data kit consists of a set of data stream bundles that enable your company to send promotions data from Loyalty Management objects to Data Cloud. Along with the data stream bundles, the data kit consists of promotion-related data model objects (DMOs). The data kit also adds field mappings to data lake objects (DLOs) and associates the DLOs with their corresponding DMOs. Loyalty Management dashboards, such as Promotion Performance Dashboard, use these Data Cloud components as the data source.").
5. Install the Loyalty Analytics intelligent app.
    
    1. From Setup, enter Intelligent Apps in the Quick Find box, and then select **Templates**.
    2. Click ![Show actions](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-xcloud-loyalty_management-264-0-0-production-enus/0590ce3e-5a09-45ab-8e5e-68f359c35886/loyalty_management/images/dropdown_icon.png) corresponding to Loyalty Analytics, and then click **Create App**.
    3. If necessary, change the name and logging level.
    4. Click **Create**.
    
    The app installation adds the Loyalty Workspace to your org. The workspace comprises semantic models, visualizations, and dashboards.
6. Assign the Tableau Next Limited Consumer permission set to your users who view Tableau Next dashboards.

By default Loyalty Management provides only the Tableau Next Limited Consumer license. To unlock other Tableau Next capabilities, you need to purchase additional Tableau Next licenses. For more information, contact your Salesforce account executive.
