# Member Summary in Tableau Next

Use the Member Summary tab to evaluate individual member loyalty engagement and financial activity. Assess member ranking using percentile baselines, track total revenue and transaction volumes over time, and compare monthly accrued versus redeemed reward points. Use the Service Summary tab to monitor service-driven point adjustments.

Here's the list of metrics available on the dashboard.

 
| Metric | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Accrued Points | The total redeemable points a member accrued in the selected period. |
| Transactions | The total number of transactions a member made in the selected period. |
| Redeemed Points | The total points a member redeemed in the selected period. |
| Revenue | The total transaction amount attributed to a member in the selected period. |
