Enable Scoring Framework and configure the required permissions and data settings before generating personalized promotion targets by using Predictive AI in Salesforce.

### Required Editions

1. [Enable Scoring Framework](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.enable_scoring_framework.htm&type=5&language=en_US).
2. [Assign the AI Accelerator with Scoring Framework permission set license](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.assign_admin_and_user_permission_sets.htm&type=5&language=en_US).
3. Assign these permission sets to admins.
    
    - Data Cloud Architect
    - Data Cloud User
    - CRM Analytics Plus Admin
    - Loyalty Management
    - Personalization Admin
4. [Install the Loyalty Management Data kit based on your license](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=xcloud.loyalty_data_cloud_bundle.htm&type=5&language=en_US).
5. Manually map these fields from the TransactionJournal object to the LoyaltyTransactionJournalDmo data model object.
    
    - ssot\_\_SalesOrderProductId\_\_c
    - ssot\_\_TransactionQuantityUOM\_\_c

6. Turn on [Personalized Promotions Rule Configuration](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.global_promotions_management_setup_enable.htm&type=5&language=en_US).
    
    The New Personalized Promotion button appears on loyalty program record pages. It starts the promotion setup flow with an additional personalization step, and uses predicted target values in the Configure Promotion Template screen.
