Set Up Data Cloud for Loyalty Management

Enable the flow of near real-time data about loyalty programs and its members from Loyalty Management to Data Cloud with preconfigured data streams. The data streams automatically map the data to Loyalty Management data model objects (DMOs) and their corresponding data lake objects (DLOs) in Data Cloud.

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Loyalty Management - Growth or Loyalty Management - Advanced and Data Cloud
User Permissions Needed
To set up Data Cloud: Data Cloud Architect permission set
  1. If it's not automatically provisioned, manually enable Data Cloud in the org.
  2. Install the Salesforce CDP CRM Loyalty standard data bundle.
  3. To use Salesforce CDP CRM Loyalty standard data bundle, assign Data Cloud permission sets accordingly.
  4. In the companion org, provide the Data Cloud Salesforce Connector permission set Read and View All Records access to the objects for which preconfigured data streams are provided for your Loyalty Management license.
  5. Create data streams for the objects using the data bundle that corresponds to your Loyalty Management license.
