Define a negative balance limit for each tier in your loyalty program.

| To create a loyalty program currency tier: |
Loyalty Management permission set AND Manage Loyalty Programs permission set |
- In the Loyalty Programs tab, open your program name.
- On the Setup tab, select a non-qualifying currency that has negative points enabled.
- Click Related.
- In the Loyalty Program Currency Tier related list, click New.
- Select a loyalty tier and enter a negative points balance limit for the tier.
- Save your changes.
Example
The Cloud Kicks Inner Circle loyalty program has a non-qualifying currency called Member Points. It also has a tier group, Inner Circle, with four tiers.
The loyalty program manager sets a negative limit for each tier in the Loyalty Program Currency Tier:
- Silver: -1000
- Gold: -2000
- Diamond: -3000
- Platinum: -4000
All the tiers are associated with Member Points.
