# Loyalty Member Portal Workflow

Here's a quick summary of all the steps an admin must complete to set up a loyalty member portal.

### Required Editions

1. Enable Experience Cloud Site in your Salesforce org.
2. Create a contact, and associate it with an account.
3. Enable partner users.
    - From the App Launcher, enter Accounts, and select it.
    - Open the record of the account for which you want to create a partner user. View the contact record for the person you want to add to a community.
    - On the contact detail page, click **Manage External User**, then select **Enable Partner User** or **Enable Customer User**.
4. Create a loyalty program with tiers and program currencies information.
5. Create a loyalty program member associating with the contact created in step 2.
6. Use the Loyalty Member Portal template to create and publish the portal for your loyalty program members.
7. Use Associate with Site to associate the loyalty program with the Experience Cloud site.
8. To add members to the portal, use Loyalty Member Portal Workspaces > Administration | Member page.
9. Activate the Experience cloud site. A welcome email is sent to all the members with the Loyalty Member Portal link.
10. Use the welcome email to log in to the Loyalty Member Portal, and view all the information related to the member.
