The Transfer Member Points to Group action transfers points earned by a member for a specific transaction to a group. The action can process only those transaction journals that:

  • Are of the Accrual type
  • Have already credited the points to members
  • Have the status as Processed

When traceability is enabled, you can transfer points manually from a member only if there are no pending trace records for that currency. To learn how to process pending trace records, see Set Up Traceability.

  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
  2. Click New Flow.
  3. Select a flow type, and then click Next.
  4. Select a layout.
  5. Click +.
  6. Select Action.
  7. In the Category section, select Loyalty.
