The Loyalty Management data model comes with a set of objects and fields to manage information related to loyalty programs, rewards, members, and member activities. The objects and fields available in your org depend on the features included with your Loyalty Management license. Most of the objects can be customized and extended based on your company's requirements but there are a few objects that either can't be customized have restricted customization options.
