# Integrate Loyalty Management With Google Wallet

Drive customer engagement by integrating your loyalty program with Google Wallet. This integration allows loyalty program managers to issue and manage dynamic digital passes, such as loyalty cards and vouchers, directly within customers' Google Wallets.

### Required Editions

Loyalty program members can use digital passes to access their membership profile and the linked vouchers from their mobile devices. For example, a member may be enrolled in three different loyalty programs, and can see all of them in the Google Wallet app. This ease of use encourages members to use their loyalty rewards and boosts program participation. If a member holds a loyalty membership pass in their Google Wallet, the system automatically links the newly issued vouchers to that existing pass. The system supports linking up to 50 vouchers to a single loyalty membership pass.

Important Google Wallet Integration with Loyalty Management is a third-party service provider which is integrated with Salesforce Loyalty Management system and Salesforce is enabling its customers to use this at their own option and discretion. Customers will have the option to pass-on the information it opts for its own customers so that the customers experiences can be powered. Customers can invoke the Google Wallet API and the API would consume the information through Loyalty Management system which will be shown on the Google Wallet Digital Pass.

Example A prospective customer navigates to a brand's website and completes the sign-up process for the loyalty program. Upon successful sign-up, the system creates a new contact record and a loyalty program member record. The website presents the new member with an option to add a digital pass to Google Wallet, which then redirects them to the Google Wallet app. Within the Google Wallet app, the member confirms the action to finalize the creation of their new digital loyalty pass. The member's digital loyalty pass containing their membership ID, tier, and point balance is now instantly available in their Google Wallet app for convenient use and display.
