# View the Name of a Group Member

The Member Name field of the Loyalty Program Group Member Relationship object stores the contact or account name of a group's Individual or Corporate member. Admins must provide access to users to view the Member Name field; by default, users don’t have the permission to view this field.

### Required Editions

The Member Name field is read-only and automatically populates with these values.

 
| Group Member Type | Value of Member Name Field |
| --- | --- |
| Individual | First name and last name of the Contact record associated with the member's Loyalty Program Member record. |
| Corporate | Name of the Account record associated with the member's Loyalty Program Member record. |

Depending on your company's requirements, admins can provide access to specific profiles to view the Member Name field by updating its field-level security. After a profile has access to view the Member Name field, users assigned to the profile can view the field on:

- Loyalty Program Group Member Relationship records
- Group Members related list of Group type Loyalty Program Member records
