# Configure Rule Libraries for Promotion Context Definitions in Loyalty Management

Global Promotions Management uses rule libraries to let marketing managers use context definition tags in promotion rule eligibility criteria. When creating custom tag mappings for promotions, create additional Loyalty Management mappings based on promotion requirements.

### Required Editions

When you create a rule library, create these additional Loyalty Management mappings based on your promotion requirements.
