Einstein Summary Components for Loyalty Management

After admins turn on Einstein for Loyalty Management, the Einstein Summary component is automatically added to the Loyalty Program record page and the Promotion record page. Users can use Einstein Summary to securely generate summaries for their loyalty programs and loyalty promotions.

Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Loyalty Management, Data Cloud, and Einstein for Service or Einstein for Sales

Note Einstein for Loyalty Management is a beta service that’s subject to the Beta Services Terms at Agreements - Salesforce.com or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the Product Terms Directory. Use of this beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.

This feature uses Einstein Generative AI and consumes Einstein Requests. Einstein Generative AI Features are provided on a separate infrastructure with different security protections and physical hosting locations than the Services.
