The Einstein Summary component uses a set of related Salesforce features to generate loyalty program and loyalty promotion summaries. Before you set up Einstein Summary, get acquainted with the features that work behind the scenes to generate summaries:

Turn on Einstein for Loyalty Management.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Loyalty Management Settings, and select it.
- Turn on Einstein for Loyalty Management.
After you turn on Einstein for Loyalty Management, here are the changes that reflect in your org:Change Purpose The Einstein Summary component is added to the Loyalty Program record page and the Promotion record page. The component enables users of the Loyalty Management app to generate summaries for loyalty programs and loyalty promotions.
If you can't see the Einstein Summary component on the record pages, log out and log back in to see the latest changes.
The Summarize Loyalty Program and the Summarize Loyalty Promotion prompt templates are added. The prompt templates work behind the scenes to generate the summaries that are displayed on the Einstein Summary component. The Loyalty Program Summary and the Loyalty Promotion Summary context definitions are added. The context definitions act as a bridge that securely provides the data required by the prompt templates to generate summaries. - Set up Context Service.
