A loyalty program can offer these types of games to its customers and loyalty program members:

| Game Type | Customer Experience | How the Game Is Designed In Salesforce |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Spin The Wheel | Customers can spin a virtual wheel and the wheel segment where the pointer stops shows the reward that the player receives. | A game definition record represents the game. Game reward records represent the rewards offered by each segment of the wheel. You can add only one reward for each wheel segment. |
| Scratchcard | Customers can scratch a virtual card and the card reveals the reward that the player receives. | A game definition record represents the game. Each reward that the scratchcard offers is represented as game reward records. |

Tip

Select the reward type in the game reward record as No Reward for instances where a wheel segment or a scratchcard outcome doesn’t offer a reward to participants.

1. From the App Launcher, find and select **Game Definitions**.
2. Click **New**.
3. Define the game and save your changes.

After you create a game, add its rewards. You can add a game’s rewards on the Game Rewards tab in a game definition record.

Spin the Wheel

Cloud Kicks wants to enhance customer engagement in their promotion by incorporating the spin the wheel game. The spin the wheel game offers customers three rewards and the fourth segment of the wheel doesn’t offer customers any reward. Each reward can only be provided to customers a limited number of times. The company wants to run the game during the last two weeks of the year and it’s only available for customers to play after the game is assigned to them. After the game is assigned, customers have to play the game within five days. Here’s how the game is modeled:
