Subcurrencies expiration model.

- The currencies don't support negative balances. This restriction exists because negative
balances are evaluated at the parent currency level, whereas this model relies only on subtypes
for point transactions.
- The currencies use aggregate ledgers for tracing. See Track Redemptions and Associated Accruals with Traceability.
- You can't reinstate points for subcurrencies that use the fixed-duration expiration
model.
