# Use the Issue a Voucher Template Flow

Use this template flow to issue a voucher to eligible members.

### Required Editions

After this flow issues a voucher, it updates the member benefit record with the voucher details, including the issued voucher’s ID and the name of the voucher definition. For example, when a member upgrades from the Gold to the Platinum tier, a 10% discount voucher is assigned to them.

Note The Flow Interview ID is used as the voucher code. You can update the flow with the voucher generation logic when applicable to your implementation.

1. To see the template flow, in Flow Builder, go to Issue Voucher flow.
2. If necessary, update the flow, and click **Save As** to save it as a new flow.
3. Activate and use the flow.

After you create the flow, create a Benefit Action. Select the updated flow while executing the Benefit Action. As needed, update the other fields and input variables of the Benefit Action.

Note To add benefit actions to the Issue Voucher flow, you need either the B2C - Loyalty, B2C - Loyalty Plus, B2B - Loyalty, Loyalty Management - Growth, or Loyalty Management - Advanced license enabled in your org.
