# Add Custom Fields in the Promotion Object

The Promotion Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) jobs in Marketing Cloud Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio) require three fields that aren't available in the Promotion object. Before you send your Promotion object data to Marketing Cloud Personalization, add the required fields in the Promotion object.

### Required Editions

<table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small edition"><colgroup><col></colgroup><tbody><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available in: Lightning Experience in&nbsp;<strong>Enterprise</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Performance</strong>, <strong>Developer</strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>Unlimited</strong>&nbsp;Editions.</td></tr><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available in: Orgs that have the B2C - Loyalty, B2C - Loyalty Plus, B2B - Loyalty, Loyalty Management - Growth, or Loyalty Management - Advanced license, Data Cloud, and Interaction Studio in Marketing Cloud enabled.</td></tr></tbody></table>

These are the required fields in the Promotion object.

| Custom Field Label | Custom Field API Name | Field Type | Required |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| URL | URL\_\_c | URL | Yes |
| Image URL | ImageURL\_\_c | URL | Yes |
| Content Zones | ContentZones\_\_c | Text | Yes |

To filter promotions that you don't want to send to Marketing Cloud Personalization, add another Checkbox type field. For example, you can name the field as SendToInteractionStudio\_\_c

Add the custom fields to the page layouts of Promotion. After you update the page layouts, ensure that loyalty program managers add values for the custom fields in new and existing Promotion records that you want to send to Interaction Studio.
