# Create Data Graphs for Promotions Segment Verification

If you want promotion APIs to use Data Graphs to identify the Data Cloud segments that a customer is a part of, create data graphs by using the unmanaged package or from scratch.

### Required Editions

## Install the Loyalty Management Data Graph Unmanaged Package

Loyalty Management provides an unmanaged package named Customer Engagement Data Graphs. You can install the package from [here](http://sf-industries.my.salesforce-sites.com/loyaltydatakit).

## Create Data Graphs from the Loyalty Management Data Kit

Loyalty Management Data Kit is automatically added to your org after you install the Customer Engagement Data Graphs unmanaged package. Use the data kit to create these data graphs:

- Individuals for Customer Engagement—Enables the Eligible Promotions API to find the Individual-based segments that customers belong to for pricing promotions.
- Loyalty Members for Customer Engagement—Enables the Eligible Promotions API to find the Loyalty Program Member-based segments that customers belong to for pricing promotions.

After the data kits are created, ensure that you save and run them.

## Create Data Graphs from Scratch

You can opt to create the data graphs that are used to find customers' segments on your own. Here's what you must do to ensure that the data graphs can be used to find member segments:

- The API names of the data graphs must be:
    - IndividualsCustomerEngmt for the data graph that's used to find customers' segments that are segmented on Individual.
    - LoyaltyMembersCustomerEngmt for the data graph that's used to find customers' segments that are segmented on Loyalty Program Member.
- The data graphs must follow this configuration:
    - IndividualsCustomerEngmt
        - Primary Data Model Object: Individual
        - Related Data Model Objects: Individual > Loyalty Program Member > Loyalty Program Member
        - Primary Key: Individual Id
        - Key Qualifier: Key Qualifier Individual Id
    - LoyaltyMembersCustomerEngmt
        - Primary Data Model Object: Loyalty Program Member
        - Related Data Model Object: Loyalty Program Member
        - Primary Key: Id
        - Key Qualifier: Key Qualifier Id
