# Attribute Management

Attribute Management controls the picklist values and custom attributes that consent records capture.

### Required Editions

Consent records capture standard attributes, such as Consent Status and Consent Purpose, along with any custom attributes your business requires. Configure these attributes before you build consent definitions.
