Connect to Data Cloud to leverage its analytics, segmentation, and personalized customer experiences.
If you don't have an existing connection between your org and Data Cloud, create a new connection. This connection is fundamental for enabling the continuous and efficient transfer of relevant data.
- On the Proactive Asset Service setup page, click Connect for the Create the Data Cloud Salesforce Connection step.
- Ensure you have a Salesforce connection. If you don’t, click New and then click Connect for the Salesforce org.
Your Salesforce org is now connected as a data source.
