With Field History Explorer, you can search for a specific record to view history
changes for all tracked fields on that record. The information provides a detailed audit trail,
showing who changed what and when, providing you with a built-in experience for visualizing
historical changes and streamlines audit workflows. Field History Explorer is available to Field
Audit Trail and Shield customers via the Shield app.

Click the tab for Field Audit Trail.
