Using your company’s historical data, Salesforce Discover helps you forecast buying patterns, uncover sales trends, and unlock customer insights to answer key business questions and drive smarter decisions. Salesforce Discover provides access to all historical Salesforce data changes directly from your backups. You can easily integrate and compare the data against Salesforce trend data in your favorite data visualization tools. Salesforce Discover works with tools such as CRMA and Tableau by using SQL or OData endpoints. And it automatically manages schema changes while providing access to earlier data versions.

Manage data in Salesforce Discover by viewing and adding data to services such as Scheduler for automatic updates based on a selected schedule. Salesforce Discover supports Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) backups and helps maintain GDPR compliance by running a nightly process on all services.
