To comply with data protection and privacy regulations, you can delete customers’ personal data. Review these examples of common requests and things to consider. Then make a plan of action to comply with the regulations that apply to you.

            <p style="margin-bottom:0;">To remove a prospect’s data from Einstein for Account Engagement, delete the prospect
              record. Deleting the record in Account Engagement triggers a sync and deletes the associated
              data in Einstein for Account Engagement.</p>
