Partners who opt for prepaid billing purchase points from the loyalty program in packs.
These points are added to the partner’s purchased points. When a member accrues points for a
partner transaction, points are deducted from the partner’s purchased points. Points from the
earliest purchased pack are deducted first. If the earlier pack doesn’t have the required points
for a transaction, then the points are deducted from the succeeding pack.

On the Loyalty Management app, go to a Loyalty Program Partner record.

On the Loyalty Program Partner Prepaid Packs related list, click
New.

Specify values for these fields:

The partner's name. The name auto-populates from the related list of the partner's
record. |
| Purchase Date |
The date when the pack was purchased. |
| End Date |
The date after which the remaining points in the pack are no longer
available. |
| Purchased Points |
The number of points that are added to the partner’s Purchased Points field. |
| Order |
The order record of the purchased pack.
The field can be used for integrations
between Loyalty Management with Salesforce Order Management.
