Note Associated Groups is another related list that's added to the group's Loyalty Member record by default. This related list is for Individual and Corporate type members. To remove the Associated Groups related list for Group type members, see [Update the Layout of Loyalty Program Member Record Page](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=xcloud.loyalty_group_record_layout.htm&type=5&language=en_US).

After a group is created, members can view the details of the group on the loyalty program's site created using the Loyalty Member Portal template. To review the details of a group, a member must open the group's Loyalty Program Member record.
