Use the Loyalty Member Portal Lightning template to create a portal for your loyalty
members. You can customize the portal using out-of-the-box components provided by the Experience
Cloud site. Members can use the portal to view their profile details, including recent
transactions, point balance, and current tiers.
Required Editions
| Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance,
Developer, and Unlimited Editions that have Loyalty Management
enabled.

From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter All, and then select
All Sites.

Click New.

Select the Loyalty Member template, and click Get Started.

Enter a Name and a URL for the portal, and click Create.

Click Builder.

Customize the portal to suit
your business needs, preview the customized portal, and then publish it.
