# Create a Loyalty Program

Create a B2B or a B2C loyalty program to enhance the business value for loyal customers and channel partners.

### Required Editions

<table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small edition"><colgroup><col></colgroup><tbody><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available in: Lightning Experience in&nbsp;<strong>Enterprise</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Performance</strong>, <strong>Unlimited</strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>Developer</strong>&nbsp;Editions that have Loyalty Management enabled.</td></tr></tbody></table>

1. In your Salesforce org, from the App Launcher, find, and select **Loyalty Management**.

    Note The Loyalty Management app isn’t available on mobile devices. A loyalty program and its related records can be managed from a desktop.
2. On the Loyalty Programs page, click **New**.
3. Enter a name and description for your loyalty program.
    
    The name must contain at least one alphanumeric character and no special characters.
4. To make this loyalty program the primary one, select **Primary**.
5. Enter escrow period for the loyalty program.
    
    The escrow period of a loyalty program is applicable to all the currencies that can escrow points.

    Tip Select **Has Escrow** on the Loyalty Program Currency records that escrows points.
6. Save your changes.
