Loyalty Management Content Blocks

| Loyalty Tier Upgrade | Send emails to inform members when their tier is upgraded. |
| Loyalty Accrual Transaction | Send emails to inform members about the points they’ve earned for an activity. |
| Loyalty Redemption Transaction | Send emails to inform members about the points they’ve redeemed for an activity. |
You can add Loyalty Management content blocks to your Engagement org by installing the Loyalty Management Content Blocks package. But before you install the package, perform these prerequisites.
Prerequisites for Using Loyalty Management Content Blocks
Before you complete the prerequisites for each Loyalty Management content block, ensure that you import the data for these objects into Engagement by using Marketing Cloud Connect and synchronized data extensions:
- User
- Contact
For each Loyalty Management content block, import data into Engagement for some object fields. We also recommend that you import a few object fields for content blocks. The recommended fields are ones that most companies are likely to use in their emails. Depending on your company's requirements, you can also import data for fields that aren't mentioned here,
Prerequisites for Using Loyalty Campaign Promotion Content Block
- Associate at least one promotion with a campaign.
- Import these object field data into Marketing Cloud Engagement by using Marketing Cloud Connect and synchronized data
extensions:
Marketing Cloud Connect API user must be assigned the Loyalty Management permission set in the Salesforce org. This ensures that the Loyalty Management objects are available to be added as data sources for data extensions in the Engagement org.
