- Create a Data Management Policy
Create and save a new Data Management Policy. After your policy is created, you can give it objects to process. - Add Objects to a Data Management Policy
To define which records your Data Management Policy masks or deletes, add one or more objects. You can apply unique record filters and data transformation rules to each object on a policy. - Set the Run Schedule for a Data Management Policy
Define when and how often your Data Management Policy executes against the data in your org. - Preview a Data Management Policy
Generate and acknowledge a preview of your Data Management Policy configuration. Previews estimate the number of records and files that are affected by your policy, helping you evaluate its impact on the data in your org. - Publish and Manage a Data Management Policy
To add your policy to the job queue, publish it. You can also edit, delete, or immediately run a policy.
