# Use Customer Lifecycle Analytics Dashboards

You can use Customer Lifecycle Analytics Dashboards to gain actionable insights into your customers and answer key questions about your business.

### Required Editions

Note If the Customer Lifecycle Analytics app isn’t available in your org, direct your administrator to [Deploy Customer Lifecycle Analytics](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=xcloud.concept_analytics_setup.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Before you create an app from the Customer Lifecycle Analytics template and use the dashboards, deploy Customer Lifecycle Analytics in your Salesforce org.").

The Customer Lifecycle Analytics app includes two types of dashboards:

- Dashboards accessed through the app in CRM Analytics Studio.
- Embedded dashboards that deliver insights from within the context of Salesforce objects you work with.

They’re designed to answer key questions about your business.

    You can access the in-app dashboards through the app in CRM Analytics Studio.
- **[Embedded Dashboards](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=xcloud.concept_analytics_use_dashboards_embedded.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**  
    The Customer Lifecycle Analytics app includes dashboards and scorecards that you can embed in Lightning Experience pages. These dashboards provide detailed insights into your customer satisfaction and loyalty. Salesforce admins embed these dashboards in specific Salesforce pages.
