Your org’s data has to meet specific requirements before you can create an app from the
Customer Lifecycle Analytics template.
Required Editions
| Available for an extra charge in Enterprise, Unlimited, and
Developer editions where Salesforce Surveys is enabled.

Your org must have at least one record in each of the following objects:
- Survey
- SurveyQuestion
- SurveyQuestionResponse
- SurveyVersion
- SurveyInvitation
- SurveySubject
- Account
- SurveyQuestionChoice
While creating the app, if your org’s data doesn’t meet the minimum requirements, you see a
message describing what to fix.
