Once a claim is generated, the system automates the movement of data from the execution record to your financial ledgers. The system generates a claim record for each approved execution line item, calculating the final credit based on the Claimable Quantity and unit price.
Use these objects to manage and audit your stock rotation financials:
- Rebate Claim: The formal request for payment or credit. The Stock Rotation Execution Item references the Rebate Claim. You can also view these items in the Partner Unsold Inventory related list.
- Debit Ledger: (Scrap Only) Records the inventory value reduction. Creating a Debit Ledger entry directly updates the associated Partner Unsold Inventory (PUI) record to reflect the scrap loss.
To view individual claims:
- From the Stock Rotation Execution record, navigate to the Related tab.
- View the Rebate Claims related list to see all claims generated for this cycle.
- Click a Claim ID to view the status, payout amount, and associated product details.
To view aggregate partner payouts:
- Navigate to the Rebate Program Member record.
- Review the Rebate Payout Snapshots related list.
- Use the Source Type filter to isolate "Stock Rotation" payouts from other rebate types.
- Total Spend by Rotation Method: Compare the costs of returns versus scrap requests.
- Budget Burn Rate: Monitor how quickly partners are exhausting their allocated rotation budgets.
- Inventory Velocity: Track which products are most frequently being rotated out of partner stock.
To ensure reporting accuracy, verify that your Data Processing Engine (DPE) runs are scheduled to sync the latest claim data to your snapshots.
