Note
Note
  • The Data Processing Engine (DPE) automatically manages the status of a Stock Rotation Execution (SRE) based on the lifecycle of its line items. Stock Rotation Executions are initially created with a New status. When a Stock Rotation Execution Item is attached, the status is updated to In-Progress. Once the Rebate Program End Date + Grace Days is reached, the SRE is marked as Closed for Submission. After all submitted items are either Complete or Rejected, the SRE is finally marked as Completed.
  • The Eligible Quantity is calculated by the DPE based on the manufacturer's Supported Quantity Percentage (e.g., if a partner holds 100 units but the cap is 50%, only 50 units will be shown as eligible)
