# Review Partner Claim Requests

Once a partner submits their rotation quantities, the manufacturer (Stock Rotation Program Manager or Claim Analyst) must review the request.

1. Open the SRE record and navigate to the Stock Rotation Execution Line Items (SRELI) list.
2. Review the Requested Quantity and the Stock Rotation Method (Scrap vs. Return).
3. Check the Banner Component at the top of the page to ensure the requested amounts do not exceed the partner's allocated budget.
4. Update Status:
    1. Accept: Use this status if the request is valid.
    2. Reject: Use this status if the request is invalid (e.g., the product is not eligible or the quantity is incorrect).
    3. Partner Action Pending: For Scrap requests, move the status to "Partner Action Pending." This triggers a notification for the partner to upload their "Proof of Scrap" file.
5. If it is a Scrap request:
    1. Open the Files related list on the line item.
    2. Review the uploaded Scrap Proof.
    3. Once verified, they manually move the status to Ready for Claim.
6. To run the Business Rules Engine (BRE), click **Simulate**. This calculates the potential payout based on the latest pricing without creating a permanent record.
7. To approve the payout, click **Generate Claim**. The status changes to Complete, creates the actual Rebate Claim record, and triggers the Accounting Subledger to log the credit or debit entries.

Note In a Scrap workflow, the system automatically creates a Debit Ledger Entry for the Partner Unsold Inventory (PUI) record. This ensures the partner's on-hand stock levels are accurately reduced in the system upon approval.
