# Capture Stock Rotation Incentive Claims in Experience Cloud

Partners can now manage the entire lifecycle of stock rotation from viewing program eligibility to submitting and tracking claims directly through their Experience Cloud site.

### Required Editions

<table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small edition"><colgroup><col></colgroup><tbody><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available in: <strong>Enterprise</strong>, <strong>Unlimited</strong>, and <strong>Developer</strong> Editions that have Stock Rotation enabled.</td></tr></tbody></table>

Assign the Stock Rotation for Experience Cloud Users permission set to partner users. Set up a sharing model so that partners can view the stock rotation incentive programs they’re enrolled in. Also, give partners the ability to submit and track stock rotation claims.

Based on your business needs, you can add these Salesforce objects as navigation items in Experience Cloud sites.

    Use the Stock Rotation Execution (SRE) records to identify which products and invoices are eligible for rotation based on the manufacturer’s program rules. The Stock Rotation Execution record displays Partner Unsold Inventory (PUI) records that the system has automatically stamped as eligible based on validity duration, price type, and account matching.

    Use the Stock Rotation Execution Item (SREI) record to evaluate the stock and prepare submissions. The Stock Rotation Execution Item record shows the total quantity remaining on an invoice and the eligible quantity.

    Partners can submit stock rotation incentive claims either directly or from the Experience Cloud site. Validate, edit and resubmit claims if there are any errors.
