Set Up Agentforce for Channel Revenue Management

Set up and configure features to use agent force for Channel Revenue Management. Before you create an agent using this agent template, make sure to set up Data Cloud.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with the Agentforce for Manufacturing add-on license or included in Agentforce 1 Manufacturing and Agentforce 1 Automotive Editions. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for Manufacturing add-on to access the action.
User Permissions Needed
To enable Agentforce:

Manage AI Agents AND the required permissions for your agent type

OR

Customize Application
  1. Set up Agentforce in Manufacturing Cloud
  2. Enable the required permissions and common features for the agent topic and actions.
  3. Enable Data Cloud.
  4. Ingest external Manufacturing data into Data Cloud.
