Track, process, and reconcile partner-reported inventory to ensure accurate inventory visibility. Use Partner Staged Data to capture inventory, and run data processing engine (DPE) definitions to generate and update reconciliation records based on reported and unsold inventory.
- Capture Partner Reported Inventory
Capture inventory reported by partners using Partner Staged Data records. Partners can create these records through the Experience Cloud site, while a Channel Inventory Manager can create them directly in the core system. This allows for efficient tracking and management of partner inventory. - Create Partner Inventory Reconciliations Based on Partner Reported Inventory Data
The Create Partner Inventory Reconciliations data processing engine (DPE) definition creates partner inventory reconciliation and partner inventory item reconciliation records based on valid partner reported inventory in partner staged data records. After you capture partner reported inventory data in the partner staged data object, run this DPE definition to create the reconciliation records. - Upsert Partner Inventory Reconciliation Based on Partner Unsold Inventory Data
The Upsert Partner Inventory Reconciliations Based on Unsold Inventory data processing engine (DPE) definition matches partner unsold inventories with partner inventory reconciliations. It creates and updates partner inventory reconciliations, partner inventory item reconciliations, and partner inventory item reconciliation traceabilities based on unsold inventory details in partner unsold inventory and partner unsold inventory ledgers. For valid partner staged data records used in the process, the status is updated to Processed.
