The Asset Health Score dashboard uses CRM Analytics to provide an overview on the health
of your assets. Mobile workers can use the asset health score to assess the asset’s performance
and identify and prioritize which assets should be addressed first.

To view the asset health score dashboard on mobile ensure the asset page layout of the
asset record page, is assigned to the Field Servcie Home app and to view the dashboard in
full-screen mode, add the dashboard as an action for the asset.

In the Field Service mobile app, navigate to the Work Order page.

In the Overview tab, tap the asset associated with the work order.

In the Actions selector, click Asset Health Score.

To decide which asset to prioritize, review the status of the metrics for the asset:
Looking good, Warning, or
Critical.
