# Create Asset Entitlement Records Flow

The Create Asset Entitlement Records flow creates Entitlement records for a given asset for an Asset Registration Event. It attempts to create two entitlement records for each event, one of the type Web Support and one of the type Phone Support, both using the same Entitlement Name passed in from the Create Records for Asset Registration flow.

Flow Inputs and Outputs

| Asset ID | Input | The ID of the asset record. |
| Account ID | Input | The ID of the account linked to the asset. |
| Entitlement Name | Input | The name for both the entitlement records to be created. |
| Create Records | Output | The names of records successfully created. |
| Failed Records | Output | The names of records that failed to be created. |
| Entitlement Failure Reason | Output | The error message when record creation fails, either due to missing fields or due to presence of duplicate records. |

Note Every invocation of this subflow tries to create both a Web Support and a Phone Support entitlement for the same asset using the same Entitlement Name. Both use the same name and asset, but have different Type values.
